The Parrilla has two doors at the front which allows for easy
access and control of the fire underneath the grates.
I've also added some adjustable vents to help control
airflow.
You can set the grill depending on what you're cooking
and for how many as well.
The Parrilla comes lined with fire bricks and Steel V shaped Grates (2,3 or 4 depending on Parrilla model)
The V-shaped grates help to reduce flare up which also
collects any juices down into the channel at the front
that you can use to baste what you're cooking.
Loads of attachments, accessories and grates such as stainless steel grates, plancha plate, resting shelves, asador frame, rotisseries and various bases are also available and can be added at a later date thanks to the modular design.
