The Variable Height bracket allows you to adjust the height of the V-Grates and Grilling Grates on the Parrillas.
It’s attached at the back of the Parrilla, the grates are then slid or hooked through one of the three heights depending on what you’re cooking. you can also use it to combine two grates - for example set a grate at a lower level then use a stainless steel cooking grate above it to create a resting shelf or to use with items that require less heat.
It comes with a drip tray to be used with a V-Grate to collect juices that are channeled down that you can then use to baste or to make sauces with.
