The Ultimate Grill in outdoor Cooking!
This gives you the option to build your setup exactly as you want it and thanks to the modular design you can add to it over time as well.
Starting off with the Skorpion Grill as a standalone and selecting the desired items.
Extremely functional and adaptable grill that allows for an incredible amount of setups to match precisely you want to throw at it! From plancha plates, fire grates, pans, rotisseries, hanging cast iron pots, hanging, asado cooking frame, prep table and much more!
Thanks to the wheels its surprisingly easy to move around considering the substantial thickness of the grill itself.
The two side doors allows you direct access to the embers even when its fully loaded with accessories so that you can create zones with different temperatures depending on what you’re cooking. you can also open them to increase the air flow.
At the centre there’s a section of adjustable airflow holes which can be opened or closed with the retractable handle under the body. The holes are chamfered to create a small vortex effect to draw more oxygen to feed the flame and the holes on the plate are larger than the grill holes to prevent pieces of charcoal to get stuck. There’s also an ash collector which collects any ash that’s fallen through.
At the back there’s a 15cm holes with cover that can be taken off to make the job of cleaning it out a breeze. it also acts as a water drain if you were to leave the grill uncovered.
There are 5 barrel brackets on the inside wall that are used to attach the accessories, all the pin accessories (like the cooking arm, stainless steel frame and rotisseries) are the same diameter so you can move them to different locations and turn them.
some more notable details are the knurled solid bar handles, grease nipples on the wheels and the modular design of it that lets you build your setup exactly as you want and can be added to it over time and it’ll last a lifetime!
