Parrillas
Asado comes from the Spanish for cooking something over a fire or flame, asar. For Argentines, an Asado is defined by its preparation method—slow-cooking meat on a grill until it reaches peak tenderness.
parrilla is the grill where it all comes together and where the Asador works his or hers magic!
With a range of various grates, planchas, accessories and attachments really makes these the ultimate Parrilla with a beautiful and robust design and incredible workmanship that’ll last a lifetime.
I work on 2,3,4 and 5 grates widths so you can select which Parrilla is perfect for you. with 2 vented doors at the front that you can easily one hand open to access the hot embers underneath so you can rake and move around to create hot and cooler zones so you can cook whatever you want! as with the fire pit and dishes, I make the parrillas with a modular design so for example you can start with the grill itself and then as you go along add the base or any of the attachments which also makes it a great gift idea for someone and then you know that theres always something you can get for the followings years of birthdays and christmases! haha vents on. the doors makes it very easy to control airflow and the fire bricks retaining the heat and then directs a majority of the heat upwards rather than heating the steel and the air space below the grill making it very efficient.
what would you cook on it?
